Soft Tissue Retraction is Ideal for Any Procedure and After-Care
Comfort Soft is the ideal soft tissue retractor for all procedures including consults, exams, hygiene visits, applying fluoride, sealants, intraoral scanning, oral surgery, implants, laser, sleep procedures, cosmetic dentistry and post-op care. Specifically designed to provide comfort, relief and safety for all patients, including special health care needs, geriatric patients and caregivers, Comfort Soft is a better option to harsh metal or plastic retractors to help maintain soft tissue.
Comfort Soft is available in two sizes (Small and Large), with the autoclavable version used chairside for any procedure and given to the patient or caregiver to take home to improve oral hygiene when brushing. It may be autoclaved up to 30 cycles.
The single-patient multi-use version is to be dispensed to the patient for at-home use, retraction, and to improve oral hygiene when brushing.
Other features and benefits include:
- The first universal, non-reflective retractor for all procedures.
- Size Small - age 6 and under, and Large - age 7 plus.
- Wide head and soft material is comfortable and safe to use on all soft tissues and replaces the need for using a mirror for retraction or other non tissue-friendly retraction devices.
- Bendable for improved access, visibility, control and comfort.
Bend the angle of the retraction head to adapt to the soft tissue area. Enter the oral cavity like a “spoon,” slowly scooping the soft tissue and applying light pressure to retract.
