Komet's H246M is the Midwest Version (MWV) tungsten carbide finishing bur which has a gold coated shank and is a flame-shaped with 12 blades.
The US numbers for H246M sizes are:
- H246M.009 is the US number 7901MWV
- H246M.010 is the US number 7902MWV
- H246M.012 is the US number 7903MWV
Also available as H246 tungsten carbides, 12 blades, normal.

Trimming and finishing.
