Komet® 8392 Needle/Mosquito Diamond Trimming Bur

Komet's 8392 is an interproximal trimming "mosquito" needle shaped bur. Fine (46 µm) diamond grit (red band).

The 8392 can be used for quick, yet precise interproximal trimming and contouring.

Using the 8392 diamond trimming bur gives you .5 mm of reduction when completing interproximal reduction (IPR).

This diamond bur shape is also available in the Extra-fine grit (yellow) as a trimming diamond - 392EF.
