OccluShaper with medium (107 µm) grit.
Occlusal Onlays - The innovative alternative to crowns
The innovative OccluShaper (370) diamond bur has a medium grit and offers a minimally invasive approach to precise preparations of occlusal surfaces. Ceramic preparations require perfectly round contours. To achieve the ideal preparation, Komet developed OccluShaper diamonds, the first instrument to combine both concave and convex shapes. Occlusal onlays are a new, minimally invasive alternative for the restoration of occlusal defects in the hard substance of premolars and molars.
Advantages
- Clearly reduced loss of hard dental substance
- Fewer biological risks
Occlusal contouring and finishing
To ensure the abrasive instruments match the occlusal surfaces of each tooth, the OccluShapers are available in 2 sizes: One for premolars (030) and another one for molars (035).
To complete the range, we have added finishers in a matching shape (8370).
Indications for Use
Crown preparation.
